The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) just approved the tallest building ever for the elegant and exclusive neighborhood of Sunny Isles Beach, in Florida. Reported THE NEXT MIAMI
We are talking about the luxury pre-construction St. Regis Residences, which is now allowed to rise 750 feet above sea level. That is one foot taller than the previous announcement regarding tall constructions in the island: Bentley Residences. The British Branded condo was approved to rise 749 feet above sea level.
With that height, St. Regis would be the tallest beachfront condo in the entire country.
Nowadays the tallest existing tower in Sunny Isles Beach is the luxury north tower of Estates at Acqualina (667 feet above ground).
Constructions at both Bentley Residences and St. Regis Residences are planned for 2023.
