British car-marker Aston Martin decided to enter in a new kind of business: Aston Martin Tower. And why not in Miami?
Miami has always attracted world recognized brands for Luxury Real Estate projects. Many renowned names like Ferrari, Porsche and Armani already partnered with local developers to build amazing luxury condos in exclusive locations of the city. The most exciting one is Porsche Tower Design, in Sunny Isles Beach. Porsche condo literally will let the owners park their fancy cars in the living room thanks to a high tech car elevator.
Sunny Isles Beach is one of those exclusive locations that already offers nice luxury oceanfront condos. Besides Porsche Tower, the neighborhood was also chosen by Ritz Carlton, Armani, Trump, Acqualina among other brands. Introducing the new luxury Aston Martin Tower
Aston Martin partnered with G and G Business Developments, a branch of the Argentinean Coto family responsible for luxury Real Estate projects, to build an impressive/unique waterfront high-end condo at the beginning of Miami River. The tower will have 66 floors with almost 400 residences with amazing views of Biscayne Bay. There will be a total of 8 penthouses including a duplex one, all with private pools and terraces. The project is expected to break ground in March 2017 and be delivered in 2021.
Aston Martin design team together with the Real Estate Project architects brought a new concept to the Miami Skyline. The idea was to “tie” the building with the ocean. The sail-shaped form of the tower carries that idea in a mix of elegance, clean lines, style and technology.
This amazing luxury real estate project was recently announced by Aston Martin and G and G developers, so many details are still a mystery. What was revealed is that the interiors will be influenced by Aston Martin cars design, specially the Fibonnacci series. All interiors will be designed to express the art-of-living philosophy the brand Aston Martin carries, but also consider the Florida’s Tropical life style.
Amenities
Some of the amenities at Aston Martin Residences are two private lobbies (both of them with reception desk), two-story fitness center with ocean view, full-service spa, art gallery, cinema, children’s room, infinity poll on the 55th floor and also a private yacht marina.
Prices
Units at Aston Martin Tower start at $970,000. The signature units range from $5.3 million to $7.7 million. The triplex penthouse is offered for $50 million.
Buyers who purchase one of the signature units will receive, as a gift, the new Aston Martin DBX SUV. The triplex penthouse comes with an Aston Martin Vulcan.
Aston Martin’s First-Ever Real Estate venture
As many world recognized brands, Aston Martin was waiting for the right moment to step into the luxury real estate business. The Coto family paid a record of $ 125 million for the land where Aston Martin Tower will be constructed. The Cotos are excited with the project, even considering a market that is still recovering. The privileged location where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay, next to the Epic Hotel, gives the investment a great advantaged compared to other luxury projects in the area. Besides the location, the Coto family is a very wealthy family, with no need for construction loans.
Will James Bond have a penthouse at Aston Martin Tower?
Aston Martin and James Bond have nearly 50 years of strong relationship. The third film in the series brought to the cinema a new car for James Bond: The Aston Martin DB5. More than 10 films in James Bond Series were presented with an Aston Martin car.
