Last week, a Porsche Design Tower Condo led the weekly condo sales in the area. Although there were less units sold than the previous week, the $16.6 million closing at the Porsche tower helped the sales volume rise. In that period, a total of 215 condos were sold for a total of nearly $161 million. The previous week, that number was 226, totaling $138 million in sales.
Overall, units sold for an average of around $747,000. This was up from $612,000 the previous week. The Porsche Design Tower condo that led the sales is unit 5205. This lower penthouse was sold to Uruguayan Billionaire Andres Bzurovsky. The amazing apartment measures 6,121 square feet, which totals about $2,700 per square foot. This unit spent 353 days on the market before it sold.
Similarly, the second most expensive sale this week was unit 4205 at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles. This 4,115 square foot unit sold for $5.8 million.
Another remarkable sale this week was unit 1005 at the same Ritz-Carlton Residences tower. This unit sold for $4.9M after only one day on the market. On the other hand, a unit at Jade Signature finally sold for $3.5M after spending 872 days on the market.
